Custom Crate Bases

Custom Designed Crates, Cost Savings for You

Our customer was shipping multiple SKU's with multiple wooden boxes. Our design department was able to incorporate our CNC router into cutting very accurate, very durable crate bases. One crate is now capable of shipping many SKU's. In addition, the durability of this design allowed us to recycle/repair the crates and save over $200,000 in the first year for the client.
